I purchased trout fillets, and they arrived several ounces less than the amount specified in the advertising. When I thawed and cooked the fillets, I discovered that all the ribs were left in the fillets, and I had to pick dozens of tiny bones out with a tweezer before being able to eat them. Even the dictionary knows that a "fillet" is supposed to be boneless.
